GENERAL CONDITIONS.

All the conditions, terms and details described below are applicable to all the services, cruises and programs contracted with LOBO DE MAR CRISES AND EXPEDITIOS. These general conditions apply also to any vessel sold by LOBO DE MAR, for its reservations and payment.

It's our responsibility to provide all clients, with the finest service food and accommodation available, in accordance with the standards of excellence that LOBO DE MAR is Know for. At the moment of the first deposit, the depositor agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions.

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS
Any physical disability that may require special attention or treatment should be reported in writing to LOBO DE MAR. We reserve the right to refuse or revoke passage to anyone who is unfit for travel. Any special dietary needs must be notified to the Operations Department with a minimum of two weeks before the day of service.

TIPPING
Tipping is discretion of the passenger. A "tip box" is a provided for general crew. Guides are tipped separately.

ITINERARY
May be subject to change due to weather conditions or National Park Directives. The Captain may deviate from Published itinerary for any reason he deems advisable.
LOBO DE MAR reserves the right to change passengers from one yacht to another of equal category.

ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES AND DRUGS
LOBO DE MAR shall not be held liable for the actions or activities of any passenger who consumes, purchases or abstains, by any means, alcoholic beverages illegal drugs, according to Ecuadorian Law, are not allowed on board, if detected the cruise will immediately be terminated with or forfeiture of all money paid.

NOTIFICATION
All airfares, taxes, schedules, ports of departure, hours of arrival / departure and special programs are subject to change without prior notice.

LIABILITY
Tour participants release LOBO DE MAR from any and all claims of loss or damage to baggage or property, for personal injuries or death, for loss or delay arising out of the acts, omissions or negligence of any independent contractor such as air carries, hotels, restaurants transportation providers, and other services providers or service or facilities.

CANCELLATIONS
Up to 60 days prior to departure, total amount paid will be refunded in full, except for $50 per person service charge. 59 - 26 days prior to departure, 50% of the total tour rate will be forfeited. 25 days to the day of departure, the total tour rate is forfeited. If cancellations is due to medical reasons of the passenger, a 50% refund will be made upon receipt of authentic medical documentation.

Is not responsible for baggage lost by airlines or the independent tour operators who handle transfer or land arrangements.

LOBO DE MAR
Is not responsible for incidents such as airlines cancellations, rerouting or any disruptions of schedule, service or accommodation.

RESPONSIBILITY
LOBO DE MAR refuses all and every liability for any water sports accident during the cruise.

GUIDELINES
All reservations request shall be done in writing and sent to FAX (5932) 2520-810 or EMAIL: reservas_uio@lobodemar.com.ec To be taken and accepted by LOBO DE MAR. All transaction must be in US $ Dollars.
All Payments must be done by a wire transfer to our bank account clearly specified in the BANK INFORMATION below.
Once payment or deposit is sent to our bank account, a certified copy of the bank transaction shall be sent to fax or e-mail, that same date including the confirmation number, to be taken and accepted by LOBO DE MAR.

BINDING
Total amount of invoices must be fully credited in our account prior to the date of service. If the invoiced client does not respect these terms. LOBO DE MAR reserves its rights to deny services or to demand the corresponding payment directly to users of the services, which are jointly liable of all conditions and terms stated in this politics and in our contracts.
